Shipping Policy

Lumina28 Design is the authorized US distributor of Mononofu knives, handcrafted in Japan. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, please review the following shipping details carefully.

Processing & Lead Time

• All knives are made to order with a lead time of 6–8 weeks from deposit confirmation.
• You will receive progress photos during the crafting process.
• Once your knife is complete, we will notify you to collect the remaining balance before shipping.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

• Free shipping on all knife orders within the continental United States.
• All knives ship via insured carrier with tracking and signature confirmation.
• Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after final payment is received and the knife ships from our facility.

Merchandise Shipping

• Merch items (apparel, accessories) ship within 5–7 business days.
• Standard shipping rates apply at checkout.

International Shipping

• International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis.
• Contact us at info@lumina28design.com for international inquiries.
• Buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Insurance & Packaging

• Every knife ships fully insured for its full value.
• Knives are packaged in premium protective packaging to ensure safe delivery.
• Each order includes the knife, a custom Kydex sheath, and a Certificate of Authenticity.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at info@lumina28design.com. We will file an insurance claim and work to resolve the issue promptly.
